Your name.
Our supply partnership.
Develop your own branded range across the date varieties in our catalogue, with BazarPlaza Trading coordinating the agreed product and supply requirements.
One project brief.
Date variety · product type · pack size · brand artwork · destination language · quantity · delivery calendar.
Conventional and organic projects are assessed separately against the selected product and supply chain.
A private-label range beyond Mazafati.
Choose from the date varieties in our catalogue: Mazafati, Sayer (Estamaran), Rabbi, Kabkab, Shahani, Shahabi and other listed varieties. We can supply your selected dates under your own label in the weight and packaging style you request, with the final product and packing specification agreed for the order.
Your format, your brand.
Discuss retail packs, foodservice packs, bulk formats or a custom presentation. Tell us the net weight, pack material or style and target market. We confirm the practical specification, print costs, minimum quantities and production plan.
Support beyond the packaging.
If you wish, an additional benefit of working with BazarPlaza is another sales channel for your brand: alongside your own sales, we can also offer the same products we supply under your brand on the BazarPlaza website to wholesalers, distributors and individual consumers shopping online. Participation is optional. We agree the selling price, target markets, stock, delivery and settlement arrangements with you before launch, so this channel supports your existing sales and distribution plans.
Organic status is confirmed per product and supply chain. The availability of a variety does not imply that it is available as organic.
Three branding options.
| Option | Your choice |
|---|---|
| Our brands | Royal Linda, El Dorado or ROYAL, depending on the selected product. |
| Your private label | Your own brand and agreed packaging. |
| Co-branded packaging | Royal Linda remains on the pack alongside your own brand or logo; use and presentation are agreed before printing. |
For organic orders, the selected product, supply chain and labelling requirements are confirmed separately.
Royal Linda, together with your brand.
You can also choose co-branded packaging: Royal Linda remains on the pack alongside your own brand or logo. The use of both brands, their presentation and each party’s role are agreed with you before printing.
Printing costs and payment.
For packaging printed with your brand or logo, the agreed printing cost is charged separately and must be paid in full before printing begins. Payment terms for the rest of the order are agreed separately in the quotation.
The printing amount is confirmed for your approved artwork, pack specification and quantity before payment is requested.
Know what you are ordering.
For the selected variety and pack, we agree the product specification, harvest information, ingredients, carton and pallet configuration, handling instructions and remaining shelf life at delivery. Pitted options and particular grades can be reviewed where available.
Start with a pilot.
Discuss a sample, product specification and packaging mock-up before committing to printing. Pilot quantities, sample costs and production timing are confirmed for your project.
Keep the costs clear.
Your proposal identifies product, packaging preparation, printing and logistics costs, with payment arrangements and responsibility for unused branded packaging agreed before production.

The details that make a range work.
Your brand is part of a complete product specification. We review packaging feasibility, traceability, destination requirements and the delivery plan before confirming an order.
Private-label packaging usually requires order-specific preparation. Minimum quantities, print costs and lead times are quoted for the project.
Bring your requirements.
- Your brand name and artwork, if available
- Preferred net weight and pack style
- Initial quantity and expected annual volume
- Sales market, languages and delivery address
- Target launch date and replenishment schedule
Before you begin.
Can I request organic dates under my own brand?
Yes, organic private-label requirements can be reviewed. The selected product, operators, brand/product registration and documentation must meet the applicable organic requirements before supply is confirmed.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the selected pack, printing method and production plan. We confirm a project-specific minimum and quotation after reviewing your brief.
Can several pack sizes be included?
You can request multiple formats. Each format is reviewed for feasibility, minimum quantity and packaging costs; a mixed order is confirmed individually.
Can you arrange a sample?
Sample availability, product type, costs and delivery are agreed before dispatch. A sample does not reserve production capacity.
Who handles import and delivery?
The quotation and agreement identify the supply route, importer responsibilities, delivery terms and documentation for your destination.
Tell us what your customers need.
We will review a practical supply proposal for your brand.
