Private label is available for products listed on our website, including dates, saffron, pistachio kernels and date products. The three date-box layouts below are examples of branding options. You can also request your own branding and packaging for another product in our range.
Tell us the product name or send its website link, the required quantity, pack size, packaging dimensions, destination market and preferred delivery date. Include your logo, artwork or packaging reference if available. Availability, minimum quantities, packaging specifications, costs and delivery timing are confirmed separately for the selected product.

Date-box examples: the details before you start
Private-label date projects start from one full container, planned as 33 pallets. Minimum quantities for other products are confirmed separately. The final product mix, pack count and loading specification are confirmed in the written quotation. You can submit your requirements online and receive the proposal by email.

Project submission and artwork uploads are reserved for approved business accounts. The preview is an illustrative concept; the final dieline, artwork and labelling must be approved before printing.
A private-label range beyond Mazafati.
Request Mazafati, Sayer (Estamaran), Rabbi, Kabkab, Shahani, Shahabi, Piarom, Zahidi, Khasuei, Mordasang, Kaluteh, Halileh, Barhi, Deglet Noor, Medjool, Khadrawy or another variety in your brief. Availability, grade and suitability for the selected packaging are confirmed before quotation.
You may request several varieties and net weights in one programme. Product mix, separate print runs, quantities and loading compatibility are reviewed together.
Organic status is confirmed per product and supply chain. A listed variety is not automatically available as organic. Read about organic supply and certification.

For other products in our range, submit your product and packaging requirements using the email or project-request options above. Your requested pack size is confirmed separately. Your project artwork is prepared from the original packaging for BazarPlaza review.
A clear written quotation for your packaging
Choose an existing box with your logo, or provide your own packaging PDF and specification. We review your requirements and prepare an itemised proposal for the selected product, format and quantity.

Minimum: for private-label dates, one full container, planned as 33 pallets, with the actual pack and carton counts confirmed for the loading specification. Minimum quantities for saffron, pistachio kernels and other products are confirmed separately. A mixed assortment is confirmed per project.
Payment: agreed design and prepress charges are payable before that work starts. Printing and packaging production charges are payable in full before printing. Payment terms for the goods are stated separately in the written quotation.
Your design and commercial proposal go through BazarPlaza review before being sent to you. Printing starts after acceptance of the final proof and terms. A preview or submitted brief does not place an order.
From your brief to production.
1. Define your project
Tell us your company details, selected products and any relevant varieties, conventional or organic requirements, net weights, expected volume, destination, label languages and requested shipment month. Include barcode and required label-text information in your notes.
2. Prepare the concept
Choose a standard-box layout with the original colours and text, or provide your own PDF and dieline. For custom packaging, state the dimensions, shape, board and finish. The layout examples do not approve artwork for printing.
3. Review the written offer and proof
We review the files and send the product specification, artwork proposal, costs, payment terms and delivery plan by email. Required changes are agreed before the final proof is accepted.
4. Pay the agreed preparation and printing charges
Design and prepress work starts after the agreed advance payment. Printing starts after approval of the final artwork and full payment of printing charges. Goods payment is handled under the separate agreed terms.
5. Confirm packing and delivery
The production and shipment schedule follows the accepted specification, confirmed supply and destination requirements. New tooling or special materials may add preparation time; the agreed schedule is recorded in your quotation.
Answers before you submit.
Can I see a preview without placing an order?
Yes. You can compare layout examples and preview your uploaded logo or artwork. It does not create an order, approve a print file or request payment. Project submission is for BazarPlaza review.
Can I change colours, shape or material?
The standard layouts retain the original colours and background. A different shape, size, board or finish is assessed separately for design, tooling, production cost and timing.
What happens to mandatory label information?
Product, importer and producer-exporter information is retained and reviewed for the selected product and destination. Brand changes do not replace the required product and traceability information.
Can I request a sample?
Request the products you want to evaluate in your brief. Sample availability and dispatch arrangements are confirmed separately. A sample does not reserve production capacity or change the agreed minimum quantity for the selected product.
When will I know the total price and delivery date?
After review of your product, packaging, quantities and destination. The written proposal identifies the applicable costs, payment terms and schedule before you approve the order. Custom costs and lead times are not assumed from the preview.
Do I need to call to start?
No. Read the information here, apply for business access if needed, and submit your project brief online. We will review it and send questions and the proposal by email.
Optional online sales support for your brand.
By separate agreement, BazarPlaza can offer the products it supplies under your brand through its website to wholesalers, distributors and consumers. Participation is optional; price, target markets, stock, delivery and settlement arrangements are agreed before launch.
